Baby Blaire Beach Bash

The pilot was "already quite high" so he asked me to fly the plane. It's no biggie, I fly with Daddy all the time, so I know how to do it. Funny though I didn't land on my head like I usually do?

Hold on tight to the pole Baby Blaire, we're about to travel 32 feet in record time on the monorail! Can you imagine if we had to walk this distance? After walking 500 feet already! Who knows what might happen?!

Finally we made it to the beach, just like Mommy and Daddy said. Look at those waves! It's just like the bathtub... only about a quadrillion times bigger! And it has fish. At least that's what Mommy kept looking for.

Daddy why do I always have to go in first, when we're hunting for stingrays?

In the background you can see the fancy hotel where we stayed. The maids are very nice and leave a special surprise for you, underneath the face soap.

The sun was setting so we accosted some nice folks from Pittsburgh to take our family photo.

Dang Daddy you make me look tan!

I like to float in the pool, it's calm and relaxing. Daddy did let me float in the ocean, but there aren't any pictures of that. I think the camera was one of the things he lost in the surf, before I almost floated away. [Daddy Editorial: In the interest of full disclosure, Mommy was not present at the time the child was placed into the ocean.]

Relaxing on the beach under the shade was great. Mommy and Daddy only fought for about 20 minutes about paying for the chairs and umbrella. I think it was a new record! Maybe I am mellowing them out?

Uhh can I get a little help here people? These things don't push themselves, you know!

Mommy, tell me another story about how wonderful Daddy is again...

But Grandma, I need all deese. [Daddy Editorial: This child is out of control and will be attending Shopaholics Anonymous meetings just as soon as she can say "My name is Blaire and I'm addicted to outlet malls."]

The DeHope family photo!

Daddy likes the big bronze birds at the airport. They've been there since he was a little kid. I think that was like, in a previous century, or millennia, or something?

Time to fly back to our old Kentucky home, we had a great vacation, thank you all, we love you!
