Zoo Splash Park
More splash park fun! Ever since Mommy and Daddy learned about the zoo, it’s like a home away from home for us. As you can see, it sometimes takes me a few minutes to get acclimated. No I don’t know what that word means, Daddy just told me to use it.
I make a lot of friends everywhere I go. Lately I have greeting them with a my new “mad face” trick. Mommy and Daddy seem to think it’s super cute!
Here comes the geyser!
SPF eleventy hundred protects me from the blinding sun.
Watch out or it’ll shoot you in the eye.
Look out below Daddy, Mommy and I are coming down the slide!
I made some friends at the splash zone, this little girl loves the water.
In the corporate world it can be hard to concentrate at the office. So when you really need to get some work done, you can “work from home”.
My doll needs some shoes to wear while I push her around the house. Thank you Cousin Isabella for my favorite new toy stroller!

Lucky Thirteen
If it’s May in Kentucky that must mean… torrential monsoon season? I won’t let it get me down, I’m thirteen months old!
Easter
Mommy did a little spring cleaning around the house. Here is how I helped out.
Helping Mommy Clean the Junk Room
As you may know, this was my first ever Easter celebration. Here I am observing a tradition of the ancient church, inhaling a banana through my nostril.
For me? It’s not even my birthday again. Or is it? I can’t tell time or read a calendar. So really I have no idea what is happening. Who cares… loot!
The Easter egg hunt turned sinister when, in an ironic twist, the Easter bunny showed up… wanting his eggs back!
Happy Easter everyone! Maybe next year Daddy will post these pics in the same season as they are taken!
This year the egg is the gift? What the heck is that supposed to mean?
The Gift is the Egg
Visiting My Four Legged Friends
Mommy and Daddy sprung for a membership to the Louisville Zoo. I guess they liked the pungent odor of the Lowry Park goat petting rodeo that much?
Here we are near some very rare… uh… yeah… I think they’re they’re endangered… maybe… oh heck who am I kidding? They’re just plain old ducks, okay?!
Just for the record, Daddy did *not* email his ear to Mommy. The giraffe bit it off. That’s the story we’re going with, anyway.
Is somebody going to tell him the bird pooped on his head, or are we gonna just let him walk all over the zoo like this?
Bye bye zoo!

Happy Birth Day To Me!
da Vinci and Michelangelo showed up early to spiff up the tablecloth with their masterpieces.
Aunt Sandy couldn’t believe I’d steal a chicken bite from Carlee! Hey, I couldn’t help it, I was coming down off a mean alligator tail bender.
Aren’t Mommy and I super cute?!
Simon was really adamant that I could not have my cake, and eat it too.
The zoo staff explained that if you don’t use a two-finger touch, the animals will bite your fingers off. This was big news to some of us more than others.
I’m not sure who’s more excited, the kids to see the animals, or the adults to be with the kids?
My buddy Sullivan came all the way from Orlando to give me some walking lessons, and boy did they pay off. Mommy and Daddy can’t even catch me now!
I asked Mommy why she never took a turn touching the animals? She said Daddy is close enough for her.
Here I am doing my best armadillo face impression.Everybody else got their own cake, but for some reason they didn’t smash their whole upper body into it. I can never understand grownups.
Say goodbye to this bib, it’s not long for this world.
Oh how nice a birthday cake, whatever should I do with it?
A final farewell kiss before I make the final transformation into Baby Cake-A-Mongous!
Rargh! I came, I saw, I eated!
High five for keeping the “smash the cake” plan a secret from Mommy for another 12 years!
Presents! Presents!
Pet the goat? Heck, if Aunt Carol would just move me a little bit closer, I could totally lick this sucker.
Did you know that Lowry Park Zoo is the premier cloning facility in the Southwest?
Thank you all for coming to my Birthday, I hope we all have another wonderful year together!
